Established in 2024, Scent Setter was born out of a desire to bring a splash of convenience to the fragrance industry. It’s simple – while it’s easy to tell whether you like a T-shirt, pair of shoes, or bag from the image on the screen, shopping for fragrances isn’t so simple. And so, it’s our way of helping you ‘try before you buy’, bringing you the fragrances you want, at a fraction of the price.

OUR STORY.

Like most people, I’ve never been the type to have shelves full of fragrances to choose from – not only because of the cost, but with some aftershaves only having a shelf life of six months, it would mean throwing away half-used bottles because I simply wouldn’t have time to make my way through them. Instead, I had one signature scent that I’d always wear, from work, the gym, and laid-back restaurants to evenings out.

But the truth is, I didn’t want to wear a deep, intense oud at the office. I didn’t want to wear a light, fresh fragrance during the evening. Nor did I want to carry bulky bottles for a post-gym freshen-up. I wanted a selection of fragrances to choose from, depending on the occasion, without having to fork out £100+ per scent. That’s where the idea of Scent Setter was born – an opportunity to slot the scent of the day into your car, bag, or pocket, rotating our fragrances, without the waste. It just makes sense.
